These kids did amazing in the National qualifying tournament!! In Congress prelims, Emmie placed 9th and Merideth placed 11th in House, and Taylor placed 9th and Matias placed 7th in Senate. In Senate finals Matias placed 8th overall. In US Extemp, Matias was 2nd in all his prelims rounds and made it to semifinals. In CX, Taylor and Matias finished undefeated with a 6-0 record. They got 1st place and qualified for the NATIONAL tournament in Iowa this June!!! #plainsproud

The middle school calculator team placed 1st at the TMSCA Academic Competition in Lubbock! Gus Kaiser qualified for state! Proud of everyone’s hard work and accomplishments!
