SAVE THE DATE: This year’s sports physicals just got even more exciting! Plains Clinic is adding a special teaching opportunity to the day — and it’s all about Brain Healthy Habits. We’re turning it into a playful adventure with a "Zombie Outbreak" theme! Expect light humor, fun props, educational videos, materials, and even zombie makeup from the Clinic staff! It's a creative and memorable way to help your child learn how to keep their brain healthy and strong. Important Info about Sports Physicals: ✔️ The sports physicals process will be the same as in previous years. ✔️ Please complete Page 1 (Medical History) of the attached form and sign at the bottom. ✔️ Coaches will distribute copies of the forms to athletes. ✔️ There is a $10 fee for the physicals, and all proceeds will be donated back to the Plains ISD Booster Club. ✔️ Students will be bused to the Plains Clinic on the following dates: May 7 – 6th & 7th Grades May 8 – 8th & 9th Grades May 9 – 10th & 11th Grades Don’t miss it — a little fun, a lot of learning, and a great start to the sports and band marching season!
